Our "Classes" are more of a hands on experience. We are there to tell you what you need to do and why. We'll answer questions and let you use our equipment and knowledge. We'll assist you as much or as little as you like.
Our "Class" is a 3 week 2 session process. Look at our Calendar for more info on what this looks like.
Day 1 (usually a Saturday) We will brew and transfer the wort into a primary fermentor.
About two weeks after this we will help you bottle your beer. At this point your beer will be drinkable but VERY flat. We ask that you keep the bottles in a cool dark place (60-70 degrees) for at least 1 week and hopefully two.
After this your beer is ready to drink. Call your buddies that were with you over and give it a try.
